• Includes: Everything from the Cherry Bomb Standard Package, plus the items below which specifically require more time and elbow grease.

• All rooms including wiping of baseboards and trim. Wet wiping/cleaning of doors and door frames.

• Kitchen - Cleaning inside of the microwave. Detailed cleaning of exterior of cabinets [ to remove grease/smudges]

• Bathrooms - Detailed wiping of bathroom vanity exteriors and inside of bathroom drawers [if accessible]

• Homes requiring excessive buildup removal, heavy grease, pet hair, or log term neglect may incur an additional charge after assessment.

• Can only be applied to The Cherry Bomb Standard and The Bombshell Deep clean packages.

Starting at $400 - Pricing is based off of estimate including: size of home, condition, etc. Schedule for a walkthrough and estimate.

Perfect for home buyers and sellers, tenants securing their security deposit, or landlords preparing a unit for the next occupant.

• Includes: Everything from the Bombshell Deep Clean, plus the extra interior details necessary for a true move - out clean.

• Kitchen - Cleaning of the inside all cabinets and drawers. Cleaning inside and outside of the oven, inside and outside of the refrigerator/freezer [must be emptied and defrosted]

• Bathrooms - Wiping and scrubbing all cabinet and vanity interiors and drawers. Detailed cleaning of all hard water deposits on glass doors and fixtures.

• Windows - Interior-only window cleaning of glass panes [must be safely reachable with a step stool]. Thorough cleaning of window tracks, sills, and frames.

• All rooms including detailed wet-wiping of all interior doors and frames, and light switch plates. Wet-wiping and scrubbing of all baseboards to remove scuffs and marks. Thorough wipe-down of utility room, storage closets, and pantry shelving.

• Floors - All floor surfaces will be vacuumed and mopped.

• Note:

  • Property must be vacant, personal belongings and trash must be removed before cleaning begins.

• Excluded Services:

  • This service does not include exterior cleaning, carpet cleaning, exterior window washing, or removal of heavy trash/junk left behind.

  • We are a cleaning service, not a maintenance service. We do not patch holes, repaint, or perform any repair work.

This package focuses on essential weekly maintenance, ensuring a sanitary, welcoming, and productive environment for your employees and clients.

• Includes: High-touch disinfection - Crucial for employee health. We thoroughly clean and disinfect high-traffic areas like doorknobs, light fixtures, phones, and break room surfaces on every visit.

• Workplace presentation - Dusting all accessible horizontal surfaces [desks, tables, shelves] and general tidying of common areas [lobby, conference rooms]

• Restroom management - Complete sanitization and deep cleaning of facilities, including toilets, urinals, sinks, and counters.

• Floors and traffic areas - Vacuuming of all carpets, rugs, and entrance mats, along with sweeping and mopping of all hard floors.

• Note:

  • Add on services including carpet cleaning services, exterior window services, post construction cleaning are all extra cost add-on services.

  • Pricing can vary based off of need - monthly, weekly or multiple times a week.

Flat fee: $350

This flat fee covers the detailing of one standard-sized refrigerator, one oven, one microwave, and one dishwasher unit. The price will be at a higher end if the appliances are neglected or commercial sized.

Perfect for residential annual spring cleaning, pre- holiday prep, or post-party recovery. Great for commercial/office annual/semi-annual break room maintenance, or initial cleanings for commercial clients. Great for clients who need a heavy-duty appliance clean without the rest of the home to be cleaned.

• Includes: Refrigerators and freezers - Must be emptied before cleaning. Thorough scrubbing and sanitizing of all shelves, drawer, and door gaskets.

• Oven and range - Deep degreasing and scrubbing of interior and exterior including detailed cleaning of the stovetops/cooktop burners, drip pans and exhaust hood exterior.

• Microwave - Deep cleaning of the interior and exterior.

• Dishwasher - Must be emptied before cleaning. Deep cleaning of the interior, including the removal and sanitization of filters, soap dispensers. Wiping down the door panel exterior.

Standard room size - up to 250 sq ft. - $50

Large are - 251 - 500 sq ft. - $100

Overage rate - Each additional sq. ft. beyond 500 sq ft. - $0.40 per sq ft.

• Thorough vacuuming of the area to remove dirt, pet hair and surface debris.

• Hot water extraction [shampooing] - Deep cleaning to pull residue and dirt from carpet fibers.

• Deodorizing and sanitizing - Application of a professional grade deoderizer and mild sanitizer to neutralize odors.

• Note:

  • Clients must clear the area of all small items, fragile belongings, electronics, and small furniture before arrival.

  • Please advise us of any pre-existing damage, rips, or tears in the carpet before we begin.

  • If the carpet has severe ground in dirt, heavy soil, or large set in stains, a heavy soil surcharge will be applied. The charge will be quoted on arrival and may result in an additional $50-$100 per area, depending on severity.

  • If excessive pet urine ha soaked into the subfloor, special deep treatments are required. This service will be quoted separately and charged a heavy condition rate at $75 per hour.
